Warranty

All Konnek Sports products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items may be returned in the original packaging or other packaging comparable.
  • Items received damage. (pictures showing package damage and product damage should be submitted during the return procedure).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Apparel that has been worn or used
  • Items showing normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches)
  • Products with intentional or visible damage from mishandling

Return Procedure

  1. Email support@konneksports.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Include:
  • Your name
  • Order or Invoice number
  • Reason for return
  1. Wait for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
  2. Do not return the item without approval.

⚠️ Returns sent without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days or sooner.

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting time may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are possible).
  4. Still no refund? Email us at support@konneksports.com.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Items purchased within 30 days (items must be in original condition)
  • Products with manufacturing defects

To request an exchange, email support@konneksports.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order or Invoice number
  • A description and photo of the damage or defect

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, contact us at support@konneksports.com for return or exchange support.

Return Shipping Details:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • These costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
