Warranty & Returns
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Return Procedure
To initiate a return within 30 days of purchase, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request by emailing support@konneksports.com. Include your name, invoice number, and reason for the return. Do not send the item back without an approved RMA number and return instructions. Non-returnable items will not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@konneksports.com with your name, invoice number, and a description of the damage for review.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
