Konnek Sports Affiliate Program Terms of Use

These Affiliate Program Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Konnek Sports Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll, you must submit an application through our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method to participate.

2. Affiliate Obligations

As a participant in the Program, you agree that you will:

  • Promote Konnek Sports products in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Not make false or misleading claims about our products or company.
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Konnek Sports in compliance with applicable FTC guidelines.
  • Not engage in spam, fake reviews, or deceptive advertising.

3. Commission Structure

You will earn a commission for each qualifying sale generated through your unique affiliate link, according to the rate and terms specified on our affiliate platform. Commissions are subject to change with prior notice.

  • Qualifying Sales: Sales made through your referral link that are not canceled or refunded within 30 days.
  • Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, [30 days] after the end of the month in which the qualifying sale was made.
  • Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum of $50 in commissions is required before payment is issued.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use paid ads that bid on Konnek Sports trademarks or variations.
  • Use misleading or cloaked links.
  • Impersonate Konnek Sports or represent yourself as an employee.
  • Promote to audiences where content is inappropriate (e.g., hate, violence, adult content).
  • Offer discounts or incentives not authorized by Konnek Sports.

Violations may result in termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

  • You may terminate at any time by notifying us in writing.
  • We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.
  • Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and stop promoting Konnek Sports products.

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Konnek Sports trademarks and promotional materials solely for use in the Program. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Konnek Sports.

7. Limitation of Liability

Konnek Sports will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

8. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. You participate as an independent contractor.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
